Pak Army Chief Asif Munir spoke at the Overseas convention. He sounded like sour grapes. Old uncle raking up two nation theory, telling the audience they are different, and spewing hatred against Hindus. Further he added Pak support to the Kashmir cause and their struggle will always be there. But he didn’t utter a word about Pakistan struggling on all fronts, shortages, attacks on Pakistan army and killing of their soldiers on Afghan front. Pak Army chief’s toxic speech plus crazy utterances by Pak anchors, political commentators and ex-cricketers like Ramiz Raja, Javed Miandad, Tanvir Ahmed and others on Champions Trophy and IPL matches; do you expect India to play cricket or any other sport with Pakistan. Once again, they have exposed their mindset and confused thinking. It also shocked and opened the eyes of some Indians who were in favor of talks with Pakistan. His ranting has done more harm than good but he had to appease a section of his countrymen and the army.

Coming to Asif Munir, with Pakistan’s economic and internal condition and bad international image, what else could he have spoken. But it seems there is a method to this madness. Recently the army’s image has taken a beating during the protests in Imran’s support, TTP was attacking and killing Pak soldiers. The army’s image was at its worst. Though with all the propaganda through controlled media, Pakistanis are learning the truth through social media. This was hurting the army very badly. All know it’s the army that’s calling the shots in Pakistan. Pakistanis are now realizing that they are fed with fake news and the condition of their country is pretty bad and surviving on borrowing from IMF and others. And seeing all the progress and development in India, who too became an independent country in 1947, Pakistanis feel they have been taken for a ride by the government and army. Pakis who have visited India are openly admitting, Pakistan is more than 100 years behind India.

Overseas Pakistanis living abroad come in contact with Indians abroad and they know the truth of India and Pakistan. Enlightened Pakistanis say, there’s no future in Pakistan. And Pakistanis living in Pakistan are now aware about their condition and high cost of daily necessities as compared to the progress and development in India. With enlightened people like Sajid Tarar and others openly acknowledging that India is at least 100 years ahead of Pakistan and ahead in every field. Common Pakistanis who have visited India declare Pakistan is 200-300 years behind India. They are shocked at the food prices of food grains, vegetables, fruits and other commodities in India. All this is hurting the credibility of Pakistan and the army feels it is being marginalized and seen as a villain by most of its own people. Munir was thinking of an image-building exercise and a sensitive subject to incite and unify the people. So, the common Pakis forget their worries for a while and hail the army for speaking out.

Asif Munir couldn’t speak anything much on Pakistan, he would have been exposed. He thought of something which would excite and incite the Pakistanis and also have repercussions across the border. Trouble was brewing in Bangladesh, Wafq board was a hot subject in India and Pakistan already in dire straits was looking for something that will work. So, he played the religion card and the two-nation theory, and hatred for Hindus without realizing it would backfire and hurt Pakistan itself. With terrorist attack at Pahalgam it has sealed his fate drawing international attention and confirming his role in it.

When India hit them hard deep inside Pakistan, destroying terrorist camps and damaging several airbases with missiles and selective bombing with fighter planes hitting targets flying close along the border. The damage was done and Pak was unable to respond adequately after the attacks.

After India's air strike, many Pakistan anchors and defense analysts claimed Pakistan has bombed Indian assets, inflicted damage and had full control of Indian sky. And that Paki hackers hacked the Indian power grid and seventy percent of India is without electricity, including flood lights were put off during the IPL matches. Once they realized the truth, ran for cover or meekly accepted India's dominance and extensive damage done in Pakistan by Indian missiles.

When India launched a series of precise missile strikes deep into Pakistani territory, the world took notice. Among the most striking endorsements came from Austrian military historian Tom Cooper, who labeled the operation a “clear-cut victory” for India — pointing not just to the scale of destruction inflicted, but to the strategic targeting of Pakistani air bases and nuclear weapons storage sites, with no credible Pakistani response in sight.

According to Cooper, India’s strikes had severely damaged critical Pakistani air bases, including Nur Khan and Sargodha. He added that Pakistan’s Director General of Military Operations contacted his Indian counterpart to initiate a ceasefire — a move that, he implied, underscored the imbalance in combat effectiveness. Pakistan army realized its futile to continue and bring more destruction in Pakistan.

Reinforcing India’s version and military message, John Spencer, a retired U.S. Army officer and Chair of Urban Warfare Studies at the Modern War Institute, said that India’s homegrown defense systems had proven their mettle. “India's domestically produced weapons worked, China's did not,” Spencer said, underlining the broader implications of the conflict for regional and global military watchers.

Still the Pakistan lies and propaganda in the media and talk shows were put out to fool the Pakistanis and others that India had been taught a lesson hiding from their public the beating they took from India and the serious damage done to the terrorist camps, several airbases and even nuclear installations.

An often-repeated statement about Pakistan is that while all countries have an army, in Pakistan, the army has a nation. The Pakistan Army has loomed large in every sense in the nearly eight decades of Pakistan’s journey. The Army has directly ruled Pakistan for almost 33 years and indirectly ruled the country for the remaining 45 years. Operation Sindoor has put them on the backfoot. India has made it clear the operation has been put on hold but not but not cancelled.

Following India’s Operation Sindoor, Pakistan sought mediation from the US and Saudi Arabia, according to Deputy PM Ishaq Dar, after strikes targeted strategic military installations like Nur Khan and Shorkot airbases. Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh highlighted the BrahMos missile’s pivotal role and the coordinated use of weapons, stating India achieved almost 100% of its objective and maintains escalation dominance. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh warned that Operation Sindoor is currently paused, not over, signaling continued vigilance and sending message to terrorists. Dar revealed Saudi Prince Faisal offered to mediate with India’s External Affairs Minister Jaishankar.

Former Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon has said the world doesn’t want Pakistan to collapse into complete anarchy, so they will continue to work with it. He suggested India should not expect other countries to align their foreign policy with New Delhi’s concerns on Pakistan, including over terrorism and international financing. His remarks come amid criticism over recent developments that saw Pakistan receive IMF funding and favorable statements from the US Army General days after India’s Operation Sindoor.

Ukraine and Russia are at war. The war has been on for months now with missiles, drones, and bombarding on either side. There is no indication of a stoppage of this destruction, though talks of a ceasefire are talked about by the US and other countries. In the war-ravaged Ukraine, I have a friend located in Dnipro city on the eastern side of the country. She’s Stavytska Natalia, a coy and pretty and a talented painter and an art teacher teaching in a nearby college in Ukraine.

Stavytska Natalia is a professional artist and art teacher exploring art and training her students in the creative field of modern art and painting. In the many oil paintings done by her from time to time, in the collection of artworks, is a portrait of her father and a self-portrait. Both the paintings are lively and impressive, giving you an idea of her creativity and deft strokes. Her journey has been an interesting one, exploring traditional and modern art on the way. Her cool personality, calm mind, and creative and beautiful artworks inspire others, helping her students to be better artists and painters.

Stavytska Natalia was born on February 27, 1981, in Dnipropetrovsk. She studied at the Dnipropetrovsk Theater and Art College (1996 - 2001), with a specialty in painting. Her teacher is Cherneta G. O. In 2014, she graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk National University named after O. Honchar, with a specialty in fine arts. With this elaborate training, she was looking to explore art, creating and teaching art to youngsters.

After exploring and painting on canvas, expressing herself creatively for some time, she ventured into teaching art. Since 2011, she’s been a teacher of special disciplines at the Dnipropetrovsk Theater and Art College. She is happy with this satisfying experience of teaching talented students. And she hopes with her guidance and sharing her experience, her students will do well to further the cause of Ukrainian art and put Ukrainian artists on the world stage.

She has participated in regional and all-Ukrainian exhibitions of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Her artworks have been appreciated, and she also received a certificate from the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, bagging the first place. We wish her the best to earn more accolades and do well in her chosen career.

While still in school, I had heard about the book on Hitler, Mein Kampf, but got to see the movie by the same name many years later. Also got an opportunity to see a few documentaries on the life, policies, and actions of Adolf Hitler. But still, I didn’t understand him or his policies and actions. And wished to know more about him as a person and leader of Nazi Germany. One thing that everyone talks about is his hatred for Jews, and he was a powerful orator who mesmerized the Germans, uniting them and making them believe they were superior.

He was a powerful orator who could influence the minds of people. One of the most well-known facts about Hitler is his affinity for speeches. He was trying so hard to make a good impression and to make people believe all the words that he was saying that he was very self-conscious about the way his words matched his body language. So, the megalomaniac Adolf Hitler was trying so hard to have a perfect image all the time that he had photographer Heinrich Hoffman take pictures of him making speeches.

Yes, that’s right; the Nazi dictator didn’t want any weird photos of him going around, which is exactly why he told Hoffman to delete all those rehearsal photos. But the photographer didn’t follow the politician’s order, and he kept the photos hidden and eventually included them in his memoir. The book is named “Hitler Was My Friend: The Memoirs of Hitler’s Photographer,” and if you want to check out what Hoffman said and take a look at those unknown pictures, you can find it in the book.

While it’s well known that the Nazi dictator was out of control in general, biographer Volker Ullrich discovered that the Fuhrer actually liked to spend thousands and thousands on different things, such as clothing items, cars, and champagne. He did all of these things while he kept pretending that he was a man of the people, but not all of those people had the amount of money that he had.

Many people know that Adolf Hitler was an Austrian whose family moved to Germany when he was only a kid, but what not many of them know is that he started developing a strong passion for Germany when he was little. He was very loyal to the country that became his home, and he has had many nationalistic ideas ever since. When he was going out with his friends, he used the greeting “Heil,” and besides that, he never sang the national anthem of Austria but preferred to interpret the one of Germany instead. Adolf Hitler was an Austrian-born German politician who was the dictator of Nazi Germany from 1933 until his suicide in 1945.

You already know that Hitler believed that the Aryan race was superior and that any other race that wasn’t pure, such as gypsies, Jews, and Slavs, wasn’t good for the country. However, he never forgot who helped him and his family, and he made an exception. Speaking of that, one of the facts about Hitler that you absolutely have to know is that Hitler’s family physician was actually Jewish, and his name was Eduard Bloch. Even though he took care of the entire family, he mainly administered medical care to Adolf’s mother, Klara (his mother was the one that supported his son in his desire to have an art career), when she was a victim of breast cancer.

Hitler’s family wasn’t exactly wealthy, and when they were short on money, but Klara’s situation wasn’t any better, Bloch would give them discounts or even treatments for free. The Nazi dictator never forgot this, and the doctor’s good heart earned him special protection after the Nazis managed to annex Austria. He was a good person for Hitler, and he even referred to the doctor as a “noble Jew” or “Edeljude.”.

Vegetarian

One of the facts about Hitler that you might not know is that he was a vegetarian. He used to eat meat, but he stopped in the 1930s. In 1938, everyone knew that he had adopted a vegetarian lifestyle, and in 1942, he admitted it. The Nazi dictator was so into the vegetarian lifestyle that he tried to make other people stop eating meat by telling them bizarre stories of animals that were suffering or that were slaughtered. That’s pretty ironic, isn’t it? These facts about Hitler are pretty shocking.

Marriage

One of the things that Hitler managed to keep hidden from the public eye was his love life. By the end of 1932 approximately a year after his half-niece, Geli Raubal, took her own life with her uncle’s gun in his apartment, he fell in love with a woman named Eva Braun. Hitler didn’t want her to be involved in politics, and for many years, Germany didn’t even know that he had a special someone, or if he had, nobody knew what that person looked like. Mrs. Braun was a photographer who didn’t care about antisemitism, and she didn’t get involved in the Nazi Party.

She was the one who took plenty of Adolf Hitler’s photos and films, and she was a key person in the dictator’s social circle. They were together for 14 years but only got married on the last day of their lives. When Hitler found out that Germany might lose the war, he decided to take his own life, and his new wife decided to join him. He killed himself by taking a cyanide pill and then shooting himself in the head, while Eva Braun swallowed a cyanide capsule. These events happened on April 30th, 1945, in his Berlin bunker.

He was very close to his dog, a German shepherd named Blondi. He taught her different tricks, and some sources say that he loved her more than he actually loved Eva. However, other people say that when Blondi was disobedient, he would severely punish her, and when his anger would go away, he would simply go to the dog and act like nothing bad ever happened. Blondi was a special dog for him, and he sometimes allowed her to sleep in his bed. Moreover, Blondi helped Hitler during his Nazi propaganda because people saw him with her so many times that he managed to portray himself as an animal lover, which earned him a positive reaction from the public.

However, a day before he decided to take his life, he received cyanide capsules from Heinrich Himmler’s Schutzstaffel to avoid being captured by the Allies. It seemed that he already planned to put Blondi down as a way to not allow the Russians to capture her, so he decided to put his plan into action and test the efficacy of the pills at the same time. He told Dr. Werner Haase to give the capsules to his dear Blondi, and she died. The next day, Hitler and his wife were dead too.

Hitler has been the most written-about person in history. His oratory skills united the German people, and he could make them believe they were superior to other races. His ambition was to rule Europe and later on conquer the world. He was mean, sadistic, ruthless, and smart, who changed the course of history of Europe and the world.
