Pak Army Chief Asif Munir spoke at the Overseas convention. He sounded like sour grapes. Old uncle raking up two nation theory, telling the audience they are different, and spewing hatred against Hindus. Further he added Pak support to the Kashmir cause and their struggle will always be there. But he didn’t utter a word about Pakistan struggling on all fronts, shortages, attacks on Pakistan army and killing of their soldiers on Afghan front. Pak Army chief’s toxic speech plus crazy utterances by Pak anchors, political commentators and ex-cricketers like Ramiz Raja, Javed Miandad, Tanvir Ahmed and others on Champions Trophy and IPL matches; do you expect India to play cricket or any other sport with Pakistan. Once again, they have exposed their mindset and confused thinking. It also shocked and opened the eyes of some Indians who were in favor of talks with Pakistan. His ranting has done more harm than good but he had to appease a section of his countrymen and the army.
Overseas Pakistanis living abroad come in contact with Indians abroad and they know the truth of India and Pakistan. Enlightened Pakistanis say, there’s no future in Pakistan. And Pakistanis living in Pakistan are now aware about their condition and high cost of daily necessities as compared to the progress and development in India. With enlightened people like Sajid Tarar and others openly acknowledging that India is at least 100 years ahead of Pakistan and ahead in every field. Common Pakistanis who have visited India declare Pakistan is 200-300 years behind India. They are shocked at the food prices of food grains, vegetables, fruits and other commodities in India. All this is hurting the credibility of Pakistan and the army feels it is being marginalized and seen as a villain by most of its own people. Munir was thinking of an image-building exercise and a sensitive subject to incite and unify the people. So, the common Pakis forget their worries for a while and hail the army for speaking out.
Asif Munir couldn’t speak anything much on Pakistan, he would have been exposed. He thought of something which would excite and incite the Pakistanis and also have repercussions across the border. Trouble was brewing in Bangladesh, Wafq board was a hot subject in India and Pakistan already in dire straits was looking for something that will work. So, he played the religion card and the two-nation theory, and hatred for Hindus without realizing it would backfire and hurt Pakistan itself. He exposed himself and thereby indicating it to be the state policy. This could have grave repercussions for Pakistan. How can educated Pakistanis be so dumb so as to stamp on their own feet. With terrorist attack at Pahalgam it has sealed his fate drawing international attention and confirming his role in it.
After India's air strike, many Pakistan anchors and defense analysts claimed Pakistan has bombed Indian assets, inflicted damage and had full control of Indian sky. And that Paki hackers hacked the Indian power grid and seventy percent of India is without electricity, including flood lights were put off during the IPL matches. Once they realized the truth, ran for cover or meekly accepted India's dominance and extensive damage done in Pakistan by Indian missiles.
When India launched a series of precise missile strikes deep into Pakistani territory, the world took notice. Among the most striking endorsements came from Austrian military historian Tom Cooper, who labeled the operation a “clear-cut victory” for India — pointing not just to the scale of destruction inflicted, but to the strategic targeting of Pakistani air bases and nuclear weapons storage sites, with no credible Pakistani response in sight.
According to Cooper, India’s strikes had severely damaged critical Pakistani air bases, including Nur Khan and Sargodha. He added that Pakistan’s Director General of Military Operations contacted his Indian counterpart to initiate a ceasefire — a move that, he implied, underscored the imbalance in combat effectiveness. Pakistan army realized its futile to continue and bring more destruction in Pakistan.
Still the Pakistan lies and propaganda in the media and talk shows were put out to fool the Pakistanis and others that India had been taught a lesson hiding from their public the beating they took from India and the serious damage done to the terrorist camps, several airbases and even nuclear installations.
An often-repeated statement about Pakistan is that while all countries have an army, in Pakistan, the army has a nation. The Pakistan Army has loomed large in every sense in the nearly eight decades of Pakistan’s journey. The Army has directly ruled Pakistan for almost 33 years and indirectly ruled the country for the remaining 45 years. Operation Sindoor has put them on the backfoot. India has made it clear the operation has been put on hold but not but not cancelled.
Following India’s Operation Sindoor, Pakistan sought mediation from the US and Saudi Arabia, according to Deputy PM Ishaq Dar, after strikes targeted strategic military installations like Nur Khan and Shorkot airbases. Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh highlighted the BrahMos missile’s pivotal role and the coordinated use of weapons, stating India achieved almost 100% of its objective and maintains escalation dominance. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh warned that Operation Sindoor is currently paused, not over, signaling continued vigilance and sending message to terrorists. Dar revealed Saudi Prince Faisal offered to mediate with India’s External Affairs Minister Jaishankar.
Former Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon has said the world doesn’t want Pakistan to collapse into complete anarchy, so they will continue to work with it. He suggested India should not expect other countries to align their foreign policy with New Delhi’s concerns on Pakistan, including over terrorism and international financing. His remarks come amid criticism over recent developments that saw Pakistan receive IMF funding and favorable statements from the US Army General days after India’s Operation Sindoor.

Pretty & Dumb!
Recently I came across a video on YouTube. Had known that general knowledge among Pakistanis is very poor. But this was beyond all. A pretty young woman in a talk show was stylishly folding her shirt sleeves and talking to the anchor as if she was about to reveal a secret the world was not aware of. She narrated India proudly claims to be the fourth largest economy and makes noise about it. She further said, it’s all lies. Actually, if you remove Adani, Ambani, and the rich people of India, their economy is ordinary, below many other countries.
Does she know anything about economics? Where did she study economics? Not a madrassa, I hope. An Indian college student will be able to teach her about economics, GDP, per capita income, etc. No wonder Pakistanis are a laughingstock around the world. At least she should have done her homework before appearing on the show. Does she know the size of India’s economy, the remittances from abroad, exports, foreign reserves, and other parameters? Had she done a little studying, she wouldn’t have looked like a fool on the show. How does Pakistan get such geniuses? Where do they come from? Where do they get such confidence to speak on subjects they don’t know about?
Had she studied a little, she would have known where India stands in the world; and according to Sajid Tarar, a respected US-based Pakistani political analyst, India is ahead of Pakistan by at least 100 years in almost all fields. People and relatives who have visited India have openly spoken on social media that Pakistan is behind India by 200 years. This should open the eyes of this woman before making random comments on economics. Its not necessary that pretty and smart go together. One can be pretty and dumb too!
